About the Laguna Chapter:
The Laguna Chapter was founded in 1984 starting with 85 mothers and their 99 daughters. The Laguna Chapter now has more than 300 active members serving 25 philanthropies in Orange County. These philanthropies range from Special Camps for Special Kids and the J.F. Shea Therapeutic Shea Riding Center to South County Senior Services and the Boys and Girls Clubs. On an annual basis the Laguna Chapter members contribute more than 11,000 philanthropic hours to the Orange County community!
About National Charity League, Inc. (NCL):
NCL is a non-profit national organization of mothers and daughters who join together in community involvement within local chapters throughout the United States. Its goal is to foster a sense of community responsibility in the girls as well as to strengthen the mother-daughter relationship.
